MEET Ashley (She/Her)
Hello, my name is Ashley.
I am an elementary school teacher, a Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, Sound Practitioner, conscious connected Breathwork Facilitator and am becoming a Certified aromatherapist.
When I am not working, you'll find me spending time with my family and friends and making aromatherapy products. I love learning new modalities to support and compliment my current offerings.
I am eager to support you in your healing journey with Reiki. Reiki is Japanese energy work that originated in the 1900's. Reiki practitioners channel universal life energy through their hands to promote balance in the body, mind, spirit and energetic field. Every session will be accompanied by the use of essential oils and aromatherapy to support you in our session.
Reiki isn’t tied to any specific religion—it’s more of a holistic practice. Reiki is often used to; reduce stress and promote relaxation, support emotional well-being, encourage the body’s natural healing processes, ease pain or tension, create a sense of spiritual connection and balance, support and move energy through the body.
I look forward to working with you and supporting the collective and the surrounding community of Langley.

My Services
Reiki
A gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that originates from Japan. At its heart, Reiki is the practice of channeling universal life force energy, The same energy that flows through all living things; to restore balance, release blockages, and activate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, body-centered practice using continuous, rhythmic breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner awareness. Inviting the body to access and release stored stress, tension, and unprocessed emotion.
SOUND BOWL
+ optional Reiki
Sound bowl healing, or sound bath therapy, is a holistic practice using the vibrations and soothing tones from singing bowls (played by striking or circling with a mallet) to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, balance energy, and promote physical and mental well-being. The sound waves can affect brainwaves and the body's energy field, leading to lowered blood pressure, heart rate, and improved mood, acting as a non-invasive complementary therapy.
