What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
A guided journey to release, regulate, and reconnect. Grounded in somatic awareness and trauma-informed support.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, body-centered practice using continuous, rhythmic breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner awareness. In this 90-minute session, you are guided to breathe without pauses between the inhale and exhale, inviting the body to access and release stored stress, tension, and unprocessed emotion ... without needing to talk or relive past experiences.
This practice works directly with the body and nervous system, creating space for clarity, insight, and a profound sense of grounding and renewal.
What to expect during a Conscious Connected Breathwork session?
Each session is held in a safe, supportive, trauma-aware container, with a focus on comfort, consent, and co-regulation.
-
Arrival & Grounding
We begin with gentle orientation, breath education, and intention setting to help you feel safe and present in your body.
-
Guided Breathwork
You are guided through a continuous, connected breathing pattern with music and verbal support. This phase may bring emotional release, physical sensations, imagery, or deep states of relaxation and clarity.
-
Integration & Rest
The final portion of the session allows for stillness, grounding, and integration so your nervous system can settle and your experience can be fully embodied.

Benefits of Conscious Connected Breathwork
Every session is unique.
Your body leads the process, and you are always in control.
