  • Unpack your feelings. Maybe you’ve been saying “yes” when you really wanted to say “no.” We’ll explore why and what might need to change.

  • Reflect and grow. You’ll start seeing patterns, understanding yourself better, and figuring out how to make choices that feel right and authentic for you. Do you ever not fully understand why you did something that felt bad? We will demystify the underlying feelings and cause through self-exploration.
