TTRPG Therapeutic Group

Want to join a fun therapeutic group but don't know where to start. Love adventure and hijinks? Want to try out a new version of you and make some new friends on the way? Always wanted to cruise around on a giant flying bison with a found family?

Well look no further! Introducing Solidarity Guild Dice & Dragons!

Our interactive game play navigating through worlds in a fantasy TTRPG campaign. Players can expect to focus on:

• Boundaries

• Becoming Ourselves

• Building Confidence

• Building Trust

• Communication

• Exploring Emotions through story

• Problem Solving

• Teamwork

It will be using a unique game system that rewards being true to yourself, building the bonds of community, and collaboratively designing the world together.

Dice and Dragons is an 8 session therapy TTRPG campaign for 5 players who want to explore self acceptance, belonging and working together to shape the world they live in.

This campaign uses a custom game that focuses on being true to yourself, mutual support, and collaborative world building.

	Finn-Lily (they/them) The Founder of Space to Exists. I’m a neurodivergent multiple, neuroscience nerd, and gender-anarchist. I’m also a therapist and game designer. I offer trauma informed counselling and therapy D&D.
	Annalisa Henter (she/her) I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) at Solidarity Therapy who believes that healing unfolds in the presence of safety, curiosity, and genuine human connection. The creator of Solidarity Guild.
