Renu often incorporates somatic and nervous system-based practices into therapy, particularly when working with complex trauma, chronic illness, persistent pain, and clients who feel disconnected from or overwhelmed by their bodies. She aims to create a space that feels culturally responsive, non-judgmental, and grounded in each client’s individual needs, identities, strengths, and pace.

Her work supports clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional safety, self-compassion, and practical tools for navigating difficult experiences. Renu believes therapy does not need to feel clinical or rigid. Instead, it can be a space where clients feel genuinely understood while working toward meaningful and sustainable change.
