As a Registered Social Worker completing a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, I offer therapy that is relational, collaborative, and deeply compassionate. My work is grounded in the belief that healing does not happen by "fixing" ourselves, but it happens through developing a different relationship with ourselves. Together, we explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, honour the wisdom of the nervous system, and create space for ways of living that feel authentic, meaningful, and sustainable. I believe emotional well-being doesn't come from suppressing what we feel, but from learning how to be with the full range of our emotions. Joy that lights up a room. Excitement for what's to come. Grief that reminds us what we have loved. Even sacred rage that tells us something deeply important deserves care. Beneath every emotion is a longing to be seen, heard, understood, and valued. Therapy, to me, is a place where every part of you is welcome.

My approach has been shaped by both professional training and lived experience. Growing up with Tourette Syndrome introduced me early to anxiety, perfectionism, overthinking, and the pressure to perform. For many years, I measured my worth through productivity and achievement until burnout and depression invited me into a slower, more intentional way of being. Through therapy, medication, yoga, meditation, community, and deep personal reflection, I began reconnecting with myself. I embraced my queerness, discovered the value of rest, and learned that healing isn't about becoming someone different, it's about remembering who you've always been beneath expectations, fear, and survival strategies.
Because of these experiences, I know what it feels like to question who you are, navigate uncertainty, and long for a life that feels more aligned with your values than others' expectations. My hope is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported as you move toward a life that feels more connected, intentional, and fully your own.
