It's so nice to meet you!

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Registered Canadian Art Therapist with a passion for inclusive, holistic, and equity-based counselling.

My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and validating space for you to explore your experiences through traditional talk therapy with the support of art and the art making process. Sometimes words do not get our important thoughts and feelings quite right, and art can be a great way to explore what lies within. NO ART EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Whatever your unique lived experiences and counselling needs may be, you are welcome in my practice.

As a director and supervisor with Solidarity Therapy, alongside my role as an art therapist, I am driven to provide ethical, compassionate, and decolonized support for my team members and community at large. Ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone who engages with Solidarity Therapy is a guiding value.
